Westplan Investors has its headquarters in Atlanta, GA. This privately held boutique firm possesses the expertise necessary to represent investors in today’s complex real estate market. Westplan has a highly experienced senior management and supervisory and advisory board members from major companies. Westplan currently manages an apartment and retail portfolio in the southern United States and has a fully integrated leasing, property management, acquisition and accounting team.

Our goal is simple and unwavering: to maximize the return for our investors and shareholders while identifying and mitigating risk to the greatest extent possible. The primary venue for achieving that end is by creating and managing closed end real estate investment funds with transparency and integrity. Our acquisition focus is on multifamily rental housing properties and shopping centers located in metropolitan markets in the Southern United States. We have a team of seasoned real estate professionals who have decades of experience with residential and commercial properties.

Projects

Westplan Investors has grown significantly to a current total of $260 million in invested equity. Westplan has created 39 funds since 1994 and has been involved in an investment capacity of more than $1.5 billion in the Southern United States. The current properties are located in the following markets: Atlanta, Raleigh, Jacksonville, Tampa, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Phoenix. Property types consist of office buildings, shopping centers, urban in-fill apartments characterized by high density designs, and traditional suburban garden-style apartments.
