Founded in 1998, Westplan Investors, Inc. is based in Atlanta, GA and possesses the expertise necessary to represent investors in today’s complex real estate market. The privately held boutique firm is a fully owned subsidiary of the Dutch company, Westplan Investors, N.V., which was founded in 1994.

The firm has dedicated itself to excellence in providing the finest equity investment products for our clients in U.S. real estate. We are proud of our proven track record in managing our clients’ assets and the trusted reputation that has earned us.

Investing with Westplan

Our goal is simple and unwavering: to maximize the return for our investors and shareholders while identifying and mitigating risk to the greatest extent possible. The primary venue for achieving that end is by creating and managing closed end Real Estate Investment Funds with transparency and integrity and in close partnership with its Partners and Employees. We limit our focus primarily to multifamily rental housing in metropolitan markets in the Southern United States where our principals have over 25 years of experience.

Projects

Westplan Investors has grown significantly to a current total of $320 million in assets under management. This consist of twenty-three projects with over 7,000 units and a total capitalization of approximately $1,3 billion. The projects are located in the following markets: Atlanta, Raleigh, Jacksonville, Tampa, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Phoenix. Property types consist of both urban in-fill apartments characterized by high density designs as well as traditional, suburban garden-style apartments.
