Mr. Van Bochove (Chairman) was Chairman of the Board of Martinair Holland NV, President of the air-control of Schiphol Airport, interim-manager for Boer & Croon Executive Managers BV, President of the Nobo-group and Chairman of the Board of Meneba. Currently he is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Inalfa Roof Systems Group BV, EBAG BV and Wittebrug Autogroep. He is also Chairman of the Foundation Dutch Bach Association (Stichting Nederlandse Bach Vereniging), and former Supervisory Board Member of the Dutch Philharmonic Orchestra (Nederlands Philharmonisch Orkest) and serves in boards of several other foundations.

Mr Breur is Member of the Managing Board with Vesteda, dealing specifically with asset management (including disposition and product development), customer relations, facility management, and international orientation. Mr Breur was trained as a real estate investor, and has worked with Achmea Vastgoed (real estate) and ING Real Estate. Prior to this, he spent approximately 10 years in the United States working for (the then) Zadelhoff Makelaars (property agents) and Pensioenfonds PGGM (pension fund).

Pieter Both has been with Westplan since 1998. After being CFO of Westplan and having been responsible for the management, selection and acquisition of deals in the US, he now is a member of our Supervisory Board.

Prior to Westplan, Mr. Both co-owned and managed a property management company. The portfolio expanded roughly five times in just over ten years. It was sold as the largest property management company in The Netherlands.

Buck Groenhof has been Global Head of Products for ING Private Banking International and Member of its Management. He is also Associate with Boer & Croon Executive Managers BV, Supervisory Director of Trustus Capital Management, Member of the Supervisory Board of the Boven-IJ Ziekenhuis and Chairman of the Advisory Board of Creditforce Holding B.V.
